do I un-subscribe to a list or a digest?
To
un-subscribe from the mailing list, send a message with the word
"unsubscribe" in the "Subject" field to the
-request address of that list.
To: testlist-request@yourdomainname.com
Subject: unsubscribe
To un-subscribe from a digest, send an e-mail like this:
To: testlist-d-request@yourdomainname.com
Subject: unsubscribe
